    facilità di parcheggio, vicinanza al centro cittadino

    rumore dei treni (siamo sul fascio dei binari della stazione Torino Porta Nuova)

    L'unico aspetto negativo, trattandosi di un residence anzichè di un albergo, sono stati gli orari della reception che condizionavano fortemente l'orario di arrivo.
